Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with strong Higher Education domain expertise to drive growth across institutions in the Middle East region. The role focuses on consultative selling of institutional platforms, AI-led solutions, and associated services to universities and education providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales across Higher Education institutions from opportunity creation to deal closure.
- Engage institutional stakeholders using a consultative selling approach, understanding academic, administrative, and technology priorities.
- Understand regional buying processes, decision personas, procurement practices, and competitive landscape across Southeast Asia.
- Build and nurture strong industry relationships through conferences, ecosystem partnerships, and regional engagement.
- Identify new opportunities, lead negotiations, and close strategic deals aligned to business goals.
- Collaborate with domain SMEs, presales, and delivery teams to shape compelling value propositions.
Required Experience & Skills
- 15+ years of experience in the Higher Education industry.
- Proven track record selling products and associated services to universities or institutional customers.
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia Higher Education market.
- Demonstrated capability in consultative and solution-based selling.
- Established network within Higher Education institutions and regional education events.
- Ability to independently open doors, influence stakeholders, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to institutional platforms such as Ellucian Banner, Tribal, Anthology, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar Higher Education enterprise solutions.
