Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director located in Qesm El Maadi. The Sales Director will oversee and lead the sales operations, including developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing and mentoring a sales team, and meeting revenue goals. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires a results-oriented approach, strategic thinking, and excellent leadership to drive the company's sales goals forward.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations for achieving revenue targets and improving performance
  • Strong Business Development skills to identify and pursue growth opportunities
  • Experience in Team Management and mentoring to maintain a productive and motivated workforce
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to create and implement strategic sales plans
  • Proficiency in English is must
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the publishing or media industry is an advantage
