Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Professional with deep expertise in CT Medical Imaging, ideally including photon-counting CT technology. The successful candidate will lead commercial strategy and execution across the UAE, establish and scale a high-performing distribution network, and manage key stakeholder relationships across healthcare, regulatory, and channel partners.
This role requires a commercially driven leader with strong market knowledge, proven distribution-building capability, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute the UAE commercial strategy for CT medical imaging solutions.
- Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and long-term profitability.
- Identify new market opportunities across public and private healthcare sectors.
- Lead pricing, tendering, and contract negotiation strategies.
Distribution Network Development
- Establish, structure, and optimize a robust distribution network across the UAE.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-performing distribution partners.
- Set performance metrics and manage distributor relationships to ensure commercial targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory and market access requirements.
Product & Market Expertise
- Leverage strong knowledge of CT imaging systems, ideally including photon-counting CT technology.
- Position advanced imaging technologies effectively within the UAE healthcare landscape.
- Provide market insights to global product and leadership teams.
- Support clinical education and value-based selling initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including:
- Hospital leadership
- Radiology department heads
- Government healthcare authorities
- Procurement and tender committees
- Represent the organization at industry events and strategic forums.
- Navigate complex, multi-layered stakeholder environments.
Leadership & Governance
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, regulatory, and service teams.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Provide regular reporting on commercial performance and market dynamics.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Must be based in UAE
- Must have Strong experience in CT medical imaging (photon-counting CT experience highly desirable).
- Must have demonstrated success in establishing or scaling distribution networks in the UAE.
- 10+ years of commercial leadership experience within medical imaging or medical devices.
- Demonstrated success in establishing or scaling distribution networks in the UAE.
- Deep understanding of UAE healthcare market structure and procurement processes.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth in complex B2B healthcare environments.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication abilities.
