About PureCS

PureCS is part of the PureHealth Group and plays a key role in supporting technology and shared services across the organisation. We work closely with multiple business units to deliver solutions that support healthcare excellence in the region.

Role Purpose

The Sales Director is responsible for leading the commercial strategy and driving sales execution across the region. This role focuses on achieving annual revenue targets, managing the sales team, and expanding market share across targeted industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, lead, and manage the sales organization.
  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for technology and industry solutions.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology partners.
  • Develop and maintain executive relationships with key enterprise and government clients.
  • Oversee pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and deal governance.
  • Collaborate with delivery, presales, and marketing teams to ensure customer success.
  • Negotiate large, complex contracts and framework agreements.
  • Report performance metrics, forecast accuracy, and market insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success selling technology or consulting solutions in enterprise or government sectors.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes in the region.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or IT (MBA preferred).

Performance Metrics

  • Achievement of annual revenue and gross profit targets.
  • New client acquisition.
  • Team quota attainment and pipeline growth.
  • Strategic account penetration.
  • Team recruitment, attraction, and retention.
