Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Director to lead the entire sales function for a Dubai based Real Estate Developer, to ensure successful project launches, revenue generation, and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the company-wide sales strategy
Lead all sales departments (direct sales, broker sales, international sales)
Set pricing, revenue targets, and inventory release strategies
Work closely with marketing on brand positioning and campaigns
Build international agency networks and investor pipelines
Provide executive-level reporting to leadership

Executive Leadership
Define and lead full sales strategy across all developments
Set pricing, revenue targets, and release phasing
Market Positioning
Align with marketing on brand, pricing, and investor targeting
Position projects competitively against other developers on Al Marjan Island
Global Sales
Build international sales channels and agency networks
Lead institutional investor and JV sales negotiations
Governance & Reporting
Report to CEO/Board on revenue, performance, pipeline
Approve pricing changes, incentives, and discount structures
Requirements
18+ years of real estate sales experience
Minimum 810 years in a senior leadership role with a developer
Proven success launching large-scale residential masterplan projects in the UAE
Strong international investor and broker network
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and commercial strategy skills
