Job Description

We are establishing a new Secondary Market division and are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Director with 34 years of proven leadership in Dubai's resale market. The ideal candidate has a strong track record managing secondary agents, closing ready-property deals, and building structures that drive consistent conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Division Setup & Strategy

  • Build the Secondary Market division from the ground up.
  • Set clear KPIs, targets, sales processes, and reporting structures.
  • Develop launch strategies for listings, lead handling, and client acquisition.
  • Align the division's goals with overall company objectives.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and support secondary market agents.
  • Provide coaching on pricing, negotiations, viewing management, and client handling.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews and ensure KPI achievement.
  • Support in hiring additional secondary agents as the division grows.

Sales & Market Performance

  • Drive conversions for company-generated and reshuffled leads.
  • Build and maintain a strong listing inventory with landlords and resellers.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitor offerings.
  • Ensure high-quality customer engagement and fast response time.

Operational & CRM Excellence

  • Ensure proper CRM usage for tracking leads, follow-ups, and deal stages.
  • Create scripts, viewing checklists, negotiation guides, and internal processes.
  • Work closely with Off-Plan teams to manage reshuffled leads.
  • Oversee all resale transactions to ensure RERA compliance.

Requirements

  • 34 years of experience managing a Secondary Market team in Dubai.
  • Strong background closing resale transactions.
  • Excellent understanding of Dubai communities, pricing, and transfer procedures.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to build and grow a team.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical capability.
  • RERA certification (preferred).
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting.
