About the Role

The Sales Director will lead the commercial strategy for Innovo Real Estate, ensuring that sales and marketing efforts drive revenue growth and strengthen market positioning. This role is sales-driven, with a strong focus on managing a high-performing sales team, securing transactions, and expanding the company's market presence across the real estate sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, driving revenue growth, enhancing brand positioning, and ensuring successful project launches. This role requires strong leadership, market expertise, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry in Egypt.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development:

  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, brokers, and real estate agencies.
  • Establish and execute pricing strategies based on market analysis and demand forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the finance and investment teams to align sales projections with company objectives.
  • Develop a sales performance management system, including KPIs, tracking tools, and incentive structures.
  • Negotiate and close high-value sales transactions, ensuring profitability and long-term client relationships.

Marketing Strategy & Digital Transformation:

  • Drive innovative marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and drive conversions.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and storytelling to elevate Innovo Real Estate's market presence.
  • Represent Innovo Real Estate at industry events, networking functions, and investor meetings.

Technology Integration & CRM Optimization:

  • Oversee CRM implementation and optimization to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Implement AI-driven customer insights and predictive analytics to improve sales performance.
  • Leverage automation for sales processes and customer interactions to drive efficiency.
  • Explore PropTech innovations, including VR/AR real estate tours and blockchain-based transactions.

Market Expansion & Competitive Intelligence:

  • Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and consumer behaviour specific.
  • Develop localization strategies and identify emerging market opportunities and expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and local business laws.
  • Integrate sustainability & ESG considerations into sales and marketing strategies.

Talent Development & Leadership:

  • Develop future sales and marketing leaders within Innovo.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for the sales and marketing teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the department.
  • Lead succession planning and internal talent growth initiatives.

Performance & Event Marketing:

  • Develop KPI metrics, including brand awareness growth, lead conversion rates, ROI on campaigns, CAC vs. LTV, and customer engagement.
  • Expand event & experiential marketing, including real estate expos, investor events, and virtual property showcases.
  • Optimize omnichannel marketing strategies, ensuring seamless online and offline customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years in real estate sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Expertise: High-value real estate transactions, including off-plan sales and investment properties.
  • Proven track record: Managing large-scale marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience: Multi-country sales operations and expansion strategies.
  • Strong understanding: Customer acquisition strategies and sales pipeline optimization.
  • Experience: Working with tier 1 consultants and contractors.
  • Proficiency: CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and data analytics.
  • Certifications: Certified Sales Executive (CSE), Digital Marketing Institute (DMI), or HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification are highly desirable.
  • Fluency: English is essential; Arabic proficiency is essential. Additional language skills, such as French, may be advantageous for cross-border projects.
