Required Experience & Qualifications

• Arabic speaker with fluent English business communication
• Minimum 10+ years of direct experience in the Saudi Arabia market with demonstrated knowledge of local business practices and regulatory environment
• Proven track record of leading and building sales teams (minimum 5+ years in leadership capacity)
• Demonstrated success achieving significant revenue targets and exceeding sales goals
• Experience selling enterprise software solutions, including but not limited to: Workforce Management
