Job Description

  • About the Role: This role spearheads client acquisition and growth for StraitsX's pioneering digital payment solutions. You are a senior member of the Payments team and will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and crafting data-driven strategies to propel StraitsX's position within the dynamic digital asset and blockchain payments landscape. You will work closely with the Head of Payments and internal teams from Product, Operations, Compliance and Legal to craft, design and execute winning solutions to fit the needs of our Enterprise clients.
  • What You Will Do: Develop and execute strategies to acquire enterprise, merchant, payment, and corporate clients while building a strong pipeline across payments, fintech, and digital assets.Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching through commercial negotiation, onboarding, and deal closure.Apply a consultative sales approach and leverage industry networks to position StraitsX's payment, API, blockchain, and digital asset solutions effectively.Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, identify account expansion opportunities, and support client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.Lead commercial strategies, go-to-market initiatives, and growth campaigns while consistently delivering revenue and client acquisition targets.Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, forecasts, and client activity, maintaining accurate CRM records and providing regular management updates.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions, share client and market insights, and respond to emerging industry trends and opportunities.
  • What We Are Looking For:8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, strategic partnerships, or account management within banking, fintech, payments, blockchain, or digital assets.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, securing strategic B2B clients, and driving sustainable revenue growth.Experience managing complex, end-to-end sales cycles and engaging enterprise companies, merchants, payment firms, and financial institutions.Strong knowledge of payment infrastructure, APIs, merchant solutions, blockchain applications, and digital assets.Established industry network, with strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills.Demonstrated people-leadership and commercial judgement, with proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.Experience in stablecoins, cross-border payments, embedded finance, compliance, go-to-market initiatives, and regional or international markets.
