Job Description

Windmills Group, established in 2016, is a leading asset valuation, building consulting, and management advisory services firm based in the UAE. We provide precise valuations for residential, commercial, industrial, and trade-related properties, as well as plant machinery and equipment. Windmills also has a range of building consulting services such as reserve fund studies, building conditions audits and much more. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, sponsors and partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update client database and track sales performance.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent

Expereince:

Minimum expereince of 3 to 5 years as a Sales Officer or Sales Manager.

Skills:

  • Proven sales executive expereince, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, Analytical, time management, and results-oriented skills.
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
