Job Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Director to lead and manage our entire sales floor for offplan properties, including in-house sales executives, brokers, and portfolio managers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, achieving quarterly sales targets, building strong broker relationships, and ensuring consistent sales performance across all channels.
This role requires strong leadership, hands-on sales management, and deep knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
Key Roles & Responsibilities (off plan properties)
- Lead, manage, and motivate the entire sales floor, including internal sales teams and external brokers/real estate agents
- Drive quarterly and annual sales targets for the team and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase conversions and revenue
- Actively manage broker's training, development and maintain strong relationship with the developers
- Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, pipeline performance, and deal closures
- Train, coach, and mentor sales executives to improve performance and product knowledge
- Coordinate closely with marketing to align campaigns, lead flow, and sales initiatives
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and ethical sales practices
- Represent the company in broker meetings, events, and client negotiations when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Director, Sales Manager, or Senior Leadership role in real estate
- Minimum industry experience shall be 3 years within the management and leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance
- Extensive experience working with brokers and real estate agents in the UAE market
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on execution approach

Compensation & Benefits
