Job Summary:
The Sales Director – Non-Life Insurance will lead and drive the non-life insurance sales strategy across the UAE, focusing on motor, property, marine, liability, and other general insurance products. The ideal candidate must bring a strong existing portfolio and be capable of expanding the firm's client base, while managing a dynamic sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales growth in non-life insurance.
- Build, manage, and motivate a high-performance sales team.
- Acquire and retain corporate, SME, and retail clients across the UAE.
- Maintain and grow a personal business portfolio with an annual revenue of no less than AED 500K.
- Monitor team performance, pipeline activity, and ensure accurate sales reporting.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8–10 years of proven experience in non-life insurance sales within the UAE.
- Must have an active personal portfolio generating a minimum of AED 500K in annual revenue.
- Strong market knowledge, insurer relations, and client servicing skills.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field (CII/ACII or equivalent certifications preferred).
