Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the continuous improvement of routes and tools through acquired experience.
  • Monitor the routes assigned to the customers under his/her responsibility.
  • Work on updating and optimizing routes.
  • Ensure loading efficiency to guarantee correct and accurate delivery.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of the distribution vehicle fleet.
  • Review the report of delayed/undelivered orders with each Preseller.
  • Meet with Delivery Representatives and discuss the daily performance summary.
  • Ensure that orders are delivered safely and properly.

Qualifications

  • Technical background; experience in food/FMCG companies is preferred.
  • Higher education qualification is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Routing Software/applications used for daily operations.
  • A valid driving license.
  • Basic English language skills.
