Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Employee, located in al kober KSA . The Sales Employee will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing ongoing customer relationships, and actively promoting the company's products and services. Responsibilities also include negotiating and closing sales deals, meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to assess customer needs, provide excellent service, and close sales
- Problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of market trends, sales analytics, and business development
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset
