Sales Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil preferred) or relevant technical qualification
• 5-10 years of experience in scaffolding sales within the UAE Market
• Strong experience with ADNOC, TAQA, and major EPC contractors
• Good understanding of scaffolding systems, standards, and site requirements
• Proven track record in business development and project-based sales
• Familiarity with shutdown and maintenance activities in oil & gas sector
• Knowledge of ICV requirements and prequalification processes is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• UAE driving license preferred
