Internal operations are integrated through a centralized Microsoft SharePoint environment, supporting efficient project management and collaboration for complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in structural steel projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients
• Prepare and submit technical & commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure accurate costing and timelines
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations
• Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects in the UAE/GCC
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth strategies
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in sales of steel structures / structural steel fabrication
• Experience in UAE or GCC countries is a plus
• Strong technical understanding of steel structures, drawings, and specifications
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred
