Develop and maintain longterm relationships with assigned customers.
Communicate regularly with customers via phone, email, and onsite visits.
Monitor customer sales performance and support achievement of sales targets.
Follow up on customer orders, payments, and shipment status to ensure timely execution.
Manage customer payment records, payment terms, and credit limits in coordination with finance teams.
Prepare price simulations, gross profit (GP) calculations, and commercial proposals.
Analyze and verify customer sales data using Microsoft Excel and internal reports.
Prepare and manage contracts related to sales schemes, promotions, or special agreements.
Organize customer meetings, prepare minutes of meeting (MoM), and share with stakeholders.
Identify and support development of new business and product opportunities.
Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings and internal reviews.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests.
Share sales, purchase, and inventory analysis with customers to support healthy stock levels and cash flow.
Coordinate closely with internal departments (logistics, finance, Service, production) to ensure smooth order processing.
Conduct market visits, prepare sales reports and forecasts, ensure policy compliance, and travel within the Middle East, GCC, and West Asia as required.
Degrees: Engineering Degree (Order by Priority: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical)
Experience : Minimum 2-3 year experience of Sales & Marketing in Automotive field.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and comfortable using digital tools and devices.
