Position: Sales Engineer - B&I

- New Account Development – Construction & Developer Segment
- Degree in Engineering
- Construction and developer industry; TIC (testing, inspection, certification) services relevant to construction
- 3-5 years, with a background in construction/developers and an existing network of developers and consultants in the Northern Emirates or Al Ain
- Open and penetrate new accounts within the construction and developer segment
- Build and grow relationships with developers and consultants in the Northern Emirates and/or Al Ain
- Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities within target accounts
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring visibility of forecasted revenue
- Prepare and submit technical-commercial proposals and quotations
- Coordinate with the Technical and Operations teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements
- Support account planning and growth strategy for new developer and consultant accounts
- Strong background in the construction and developer industry
- Good knowledge of, and existing connections with, developers and consultants in the Northern Emirates or Al Ain
- Skilled in new account development and opportunity qualification
