Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell VRF Systems, Ducted Split Units, and Air Handling Units (AHUs) to consultants, contractors, and end users across the UAE.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, developers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations aligned with client and project specifications.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate requirements, provide technical support, and recommend optimal system configurations.
- Collaborate with the design and technical teamsto size, select, and develop solutions based on project needs.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements within the HVAC industry.
- Ensure sales targets are consistently achieved and provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in HVAC sales within the UAE market
- Strong technical knowledge of VRF systems, Ducted Split Units, and Air Handling Units (AHUs).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and work closely with consultants and contractors.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid UAE driving license required.
- Must be fluent in Arabic
