Sales Engineer

Job description

• Meeting and greeting the clients

• Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions

• Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements

• Prepare and give technical presentations to demonstrate how the furniture products and services work till the deal is finalized with the client

• Prepare work orders and the needed drawings to the factory

• Work closely the customers and the production team to ensure the furniture meets the production requirements and customer needs.

• Follow the orders during the manufacturing process till delivery to the customer and customer satisfaction feedback

• Develop and maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales service.

• Research, develop, and modify products to meet customers technical requirements and preferences.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree or diploma in interior design, furniture design, architecture, or a related field.

• Proficiency user of AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Max and shop drawings.

• Proven sales experience and knowledge of furniture products and services.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Professional, ethical, respect time value

• Advanced level of English
