Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the architectural and construction sectors.
• Meet with clients (consultants, developers, contractors) to understand their technical needs and project requirements.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
• Collaborate with the Technical Office and Design Team to develop tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and closing deals to meet sales targets.
• Maintain and expand a database of clients, consultants, and suppliers.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure proper project handover.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role (preferably in architectural or construction materials/services).
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, materials, and design concepts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driving license is a plus.
