Work Condition : Full Time - Onsite

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer (Electrical Solution) at Horizon's Heliopolis location. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, and presenting tailored electrical solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales meetings, providing technical support for products, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong Communication skills and proficiency in Customer Service
• Proven ability in Sales and business development within the electrical or energy solutions industry
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
• Knowledge of power systems, UPS technologies, and lead-acid batteries is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
