Job Description

We are Looking for a Sales Engineer who sits at the intersection of technical expertise and commercial drive. You will act as the primary technical resource for the sales team, ensuring that our power generation systems are perfectly spec'd for client needs. You aren't just selling a box you are designing a reliable power ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales across all segments.
  • Interpret consultant specifications and site requirements to select the correct alternator and engine configurations.
  • Handle walk-in customers and social media leads.
  • Conduct site visits and assess client requirements.
  • Prepare offers and follow up until deal closure.
  • Coordinate with technical team for installation and delivery.

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
  • 2:3 years in a technical sales or application engineering role within the power industry.
  • Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads.
  • Solid understanding of magnetic field induction, Proficiency in industry sizing tools (e.g., Cummins power suite, caterpillar specSizer, or Generac industrial power design pro).
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
