REGYPT is expanding its finishing, renovation, and interior solutions services for residential and serviced apartment projects.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer with a strong background in engineering, finishing, or interior design. The role combines technical knowledge with sales skills, including understanding client requirements, conducting site visits, recommending suitable finishing solutions, preparing quotations, and closing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Technical Sales, Finishing, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Good understanding of finishing works, materials, and interior solutions.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to conduct site visits and understand project requirements.

• Experience in preparing technical and commercial quotations.

• Strong client relationship and follow-up skills.

• Target-oriented with excellent communication skills.

• AutoCAD and Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus.

• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and potential customers.

• Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities.

• Understand client requirements, budget, and project scope.

• Conduct site visits and assess project requirements.

• Present finishing services, materials, and solutions to clients.

• Coordinate with technical and execution teams.

• Prepare and present technical and commercial quotations.

• Negotiate with clients and handle objections.

• Follow up with clients until closing and contract signing.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, quotations, and sales activities.

• Stay updated on finishing materials, market trends, and competitors.
