We are hiring a Sales Engineer for a leading water treatment solutions provider in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and sales experience in the water/wastewater sector, with added advantage for those familiar with the Egypt or MENA market.

Role Overview

You will support business development by engaging with clients, preparing proposals, and coordinating with engineering teams to deliver tailored treatment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in water treatment
• Generate leads through outreach and industry networking
• Deliver technical presentations and support solution development
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation
• Coordinate project execution with internal teams
• Maintain CRM records and monitor sales pipeline
• Track competitor activity and market trends

Candidate Requirements

• 23 years experience in water treatment sales or related fields
• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering
• Strong communication and client engagement skills
• Experience in proposals, lead generation, and CRM tools
• Arabic proficiency and familiarity with Egyptian/MENA clients are a plus
• Must be currently based in the UAE
