The Picnic Factory is looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team and contribute to business growth through technical sales, client acquisition, and furniture solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and develop sales opportunities.
• Conduct B2B and B2C sales and outdoor client visits.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and client meetings when required.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and design requirements.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, or Furniture Sales.
• Experience in furniture, interior design, or a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Applied Arts, or Interior Design.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and design concepts.
• Proficiency in relevant design and technical software.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good English is a plus.
• Presentable, confident, and target-oriented.
• Existing client network is a strong plus.
