  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on CCTV system design, configuration, and integration
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed proposals, including technical specifications, Compliance, pricing
  • Conduct product evaluations and proof-of-concept testing to ensure compatibility and functionality
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for sales teams and customers to enhance their understanding of CCTV products and solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the CCTV industry, including prospecting and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives and providing ongoing support and assistance
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the CCTV industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of CCTV systems, including cameras, video management software, and networking
  • Proficiency in Arabic Language is a must
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required

Additional Information

  • Proficiency in Arabic Language is a must
