Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise, identifying customer needs, and recommending tailored solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical presentations, offering pre- and post-sales technical support, collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue, and establishing strong relationships with customers. The candidate will also assist in project management, from equipment specification to installation and final acceptance.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering, with the ability to understand and propose complex technical solutions
  • Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships
  • Effective Communication and Technical Support abilities to deliver high-quality consultations and assistance
  • A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields) is preferred
  • Proven ability in managing technical projects, from initial planning to execution
  • Knowledge of laboratory equipment and instrumentation is an advantage
  • Willingness to work full time on-site in Dubai, UAE
