Sales Engineer - Lighting & Controls

We are currently seeking a high-caliber Sales Engineer to join our Lighting and Controls Portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving our technical sales strategy and maintaining our status as a trusted partner for Qatar's leading infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will manage a professional range of products from world-renowned European manufacturers:

• Emergency & Exit Lighting Systems: Representing TM Technologie (Poland), ENOV (Poland), and TRIDONIC (Austria). This includes comprehensive Emergency/Exit lighting, Emergency battery kits, Central Battery Systems, and Central Monitoring Systems
• LED Components & Control Solutions: A full suite of LED Drivers, Modules, and Dimming Solutions from TRIDONIC, alongside ENOV's customized linear lighting, Neon Flex, DMX decoders, and signal converters.
• Specialized Industrial Lighting: High-specification Explosion Proof lighting from ATM Lighting (Poland) and industrial solutions from TREVOS (Czech Republic).

• Business Development: Spearhead sales activities to achieve revenue targets and expand the market footprint of our Lighting and Controls portfolio.
• Technical Application & Selection: Conduct technical assessments and product selections to meet specific project requirements and client standards.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with Contractors,Consultants, End Users, FM companies.
• Project Specification: Actively engage with consultants to ensure our brands are specified in the early stages of major tenders.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends in Qatar to provide Inovec Trading with a competitive edge in the Electrical portfolio.

• Expertise: A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a strong technical understanding of Emergency Lighting, LED Components, and Lighting Controls.
• Experience: Proven track record in the Qatar construction or lighting industry, with established connections among key decision-makers.
• Competencies: Exceptional negotiation skills, technical proficiency in product selection, and a results-driven professional demeanor.
