Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Riyadh. The Sales Engineer will manage technical consultations, provide pre- and post-sales support, and collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements. Responsibilities include presenting and demonstrating product solutions, assisting with technical inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service and communication. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to evaluate technical requirements and deliver customized solutions
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills for building client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage
• 3-5 years experience in projects sales related to sanitary and lighting / fit out products
