Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Abo Rawash, Egypt. The Sales Engineer will focus on providing technical support, identifying client needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Responsibilities include strengthening client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the sales team to meet targets and support the growth of the business.

Refurbix is hiring a Solar Sales Engineer

Location: Abu Rawash - Giza.

Work Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell solar energy solutions.

- Identify and visit potential clients (residential, commercial, and industrial).

- Understand customer needs and provide suitable technical solutions.

- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.

- Explain system components including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting systems.

- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure accurate system design.

Follow up with leads and clients until deal closure.

- Achieve assigned sales targets.

- Conduct market research and monitor competitors activities.

- Prepare regular sales reports.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy).

- 1–3 years of experience in solar energy sales or engineering sales (preferred).

- Good knowledge of solar energy systems and components.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to present technical solutions clearly to clients.

- Good command of Microsoft Office tools.

- Willingness to work in the field and travel when required.
