Sales Engineer (Office Furniture)
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts
Experience is preferred but not required (training will be provided)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and provide the best solutions in office furniture.
Conduct on-site visits to clients, companies, and offices.
Prepare quotations and drawings if applicable (Layout / Space Planning).
Provide technical explanations of products, their features, and benefits.
Follow up with clients until the completion of sales and delivery of orders.
Collaborate with the design and technical teams to execute projects optimally.
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
Achieve the company's sales targets.
Gather market information, competitors data, and customer needs.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to persuade and offer effective solutions.
Familiarity with interior design or space planning (AutoCAD / Sketch) is a plus.
Polished personality and professional appearance.
Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure.
Organizational and time management skills.
