Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell architectural, turnkey, and customized design solutions, including furniture, swimming pools, pergolas, and hardscape works.
• Proactively reach out to potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing and previous clients, offering additional services and post-handover solutions.
• Coordinate closely with handover engineers to ensure smooth project transitions and client satisfaction.
• Contact existing homeowners via phone calls and meetings to propose home modifications and design enhancements.
• Liaise between clients, property management teams, and technical departments to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Understand client needs and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales engineering within architecture, turnkey, or construction-related services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Good understanding of customized design solutions and construction processes.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
