Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Commercial Manager to implement sales plans and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits and follow-up activities.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's product range, specifications, and pricing to provide effective customer service.
- Identify and visit potential customers to promote products, generate new business opportunities, and expand market reach.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Ensure timely supply of products and monitor replenishment requirements to avoid customer complaints and stock shortages.
- Assist the Commercial Manager in preparing sales forecasts and market projections.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests for information, quotations, and product-related claims.
- Achieve assigned sales targets in line with approved sales plans and forecasts.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure collection of sales receivables within agreed terms.
- Report sales activities, customer acquisitions and losses, competitor activities, and market developments to the Commercial Manager.
- Prepare sales quotations in accordance with approved price lists and delivery schedules.
- Promote and sell the company's products while identifying opportunities to increase product penetration and market share.
- Participate actively in weekly sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Provide daily and weekly reports on sales activities and customer visits to the Sales Team Leader.
- Ensures timely collection of outstanding payments and follows up with customers to maintain accounts within agreed credit terms.
Qualifications / experience required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical Engineering).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical sales or field support within the construction chemicals or admixture industry.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics, and SAGEx3.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Technically inclined with commercial awareness.
- Organized, proactive, and customer focused.
