Job Summary:

As a Sales Engineer/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the plastic packaging industry. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the plastic packaging industry.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key decision-makers.

-Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

- Customer Relationship Management:

- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Product Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in plastic packaging.

- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on plastic packaging solutions.

Requirements:

- Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

- Experience:

- 2-5 years of sales experience in the plastic packaging industry or a related field.

- Skills:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
