This opportunity is with a leading Industrial Automation company in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of automation solutions within the Logistics Automation sector, focusing on key growth markets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, promote new products, and address customer needs.
- Collaborate with the local solution engineering team to prepare quotations, manage order follow-ups, and drive sales.
- Develop and track internal forecasts, budgets, and reforecasts on a monthly basis to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Actively engage in customer sales calls to expand the customer base and increase product penetration.
- Conduct regular travel and customer visits to strengthen relationships in allocated markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling, shipment tracking, and follow-up on customer accounts.
- Support international business by collaborating with global teams.
- Promote cross-selling of the full product portfolio by working with various sales teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
- Experience: Open to fresh graduates with strong enthusiasm for sales and the drive to meet targets.
- Industry Background: Technical experience in manufacturing environments, system integrators, or working with distributors/partners.
- Skills:
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in CRM, ERP (SAP) systems is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable in a multicultural environment with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
