They manage client accounts, prepare technical quotations, and negotiate contracts while coordinating between engineering and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new client leads within the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Technical Proposals: Analyze structural drawings and architectural plans to design customized, safe, and cost-effective scaffolding systems.
- Quotations & Negotiation: Prepare accurate cost estimates, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and secure profitable sales agreements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate directly with internal Engineering Teams and logistics departments to ensure accurate fulfillment and timely delivery on-site.
- Client & Account Management: Provide expert technical support, address on-site client queries, and foster long-term customer relationships.
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
