Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer/Specialist. The Sales Engineer/Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, conducting sales activities, and promoting the company's solutions for Doors and Hardware Projects. Key tasks include identifying and acquiring new clients, providing tailored solutions, delivering product training, and ensuring exceptional customer service to achieve sales goals and maintain client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within all sectors.
• Conduct presentations and technical demos that highlight the efficiency and Quality of FHC solutions.
• Build long-term partnerships with consultants, contractors, and government clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and win key projects.
• Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to position FHC as a trusted leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales engineering in Doors and Hardware projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for sustainable technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or Business (or related field).
