Position Title: Sales Engineer

Location: [El Sheikh Zayed]

Mandatory Qualifications:

✓ Technical background (Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related field)

✓ 2-4 years of sales, customer engagement, or consultative selling experience

✓ Deep knowledge of wood flooring types, finishes, installation methods, and maintenance

✓ Strong communication and presentation skills (explaining technical info in simple terms)

✓ Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and technical drawings

Job Description:

·       Assist clients in the showroom by understanding their unique needs and recommending suitable wood flooring products

·       Interpret architectural plans and advise on quantities, finishes, colors, and installation requirements

·       Educate customers about different wood flooring types, benefits, maintenance, and durability

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse clients (homeowners, designers, architects, contractors)

·       Provide consultative guidance that solves customer problems and creates lasting relationships

·       Prepare and present accurate quotations, material proposals, and detailed technical information

·       Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through closing and follow-up

·       Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently

·       Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining customer focus
