Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Account Sales Manager / Sales Engineer responsible for developing and managing client accounts and achieving assigned revenue targets. The role focuses on building strong relationships with major clients in the construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, and energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries.
  • Research and approach large accounts including contractors, consultants, and industrial companies.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Present and promote engineering software and hardware solutions to potential clients.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure proper solution delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering, or Interior Design.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Knowledge of CAD, BIM, Steel Detailing, or Interior Design software is preferred.
  • Experience working with construction, manufacturing, or energy sector clients is an advantage.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Must own a car.
  • Resident in Cairo.
