About the Role:
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding client warehousing challenges, and designing tailored racking system solutions. This role combines technical understanding with strategic sales to help clients optimize their storage space and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site assessments, create layouts, and prepare technical proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, from warehouse managers to procurement.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of sales experiencein an industrial field (e.g., material handling, warehouse equipment, industrial machinery, ...).
- Technical aptitude; ability to read floor plans and understand basic structural/load concepts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is a plus.
