Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Al Jizah, Egypt. In this role, the Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise during the sales process, analyzing customer needs, and offering tailored solutions. The role involves collaborating closely with the sales team to develop proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The Sales Engineer will also be responsible for maintaining a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate technical information to clients.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years experience in B2B field
• Proven skills in Sales Engineering and Sales.
• Expertise in providing Technical Support and problem-solving for clients.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for liaising with clients and teams effectively.
• Ability to develop a deep understanding of the company's products and adapt solutions to meet customer needs.
• Relevant qualifications in engineering, technology, or business-related fields are a plus.
• Experience working in a client-facing role or a technical sales capacity is highly desirable.
