Job Overview
We are looking for a young, dynamic, and passionate Sales Engineer to join our UAE team. This role involves marketing and selling high-end geospatial and public safety solutions across the region. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end account management, generate new leads, submit proposals and quotations, and work towards achieving the sales targets set by the management.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell geospatial and public safety enterprise solutions.
- Manage accounts from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documentation.
- Maintain strong client relationships, especially in the public sector.
- Stay updated with UAE procurement policies and ensure compliance.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in selling enterprise IT solutions.
- Mandatory UAE sales experience with solid market understanding.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
- Prior experience dealing with UAE government clients is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of geospatial and public safety solutions will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of UAE procurement laws and tendering processes.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
