This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineering Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading sales engineering processes, supporting pre-sales efforts, and ensuring successful project execution. Key tasks include managing and supporting a team, collaborating with clients to provide tailored technical solutions, developing strategies to drive sales growth, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales and engineering functions.

• Proven experience in Sales Engineering and Sales
• Strong ability to lead teams and manage team dynamics effectively
• Expertise in Presales and the ability to design tailored technical solutions
• Proficiency in Project Management and driving initiatives to successful outcomes
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in HR or outsourcing industries is an advantage
