Job Description

Role Purpose

Create new business opportunity, maintain and grow existing accounts, keep close contacts with customers in order to ensure highest satisfaction levels.

Secure set target, set proper forecast and overachieve allocated targets.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

  • Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures
  • Attend daily to customers and follow-up to close leads
  • Prepares proposals based on customer's requirements and standard technical specification
  • Negotiate sales contracts, finalize sales agreements and ensures timely payment of receivables (collections)
  • Monitor and reports on market trends, potential projects and competitor activity.
  • Responsible to achieve the set sales target.
  • Promote Sales in Government Sector.
  • Promote the company services to existing clients as well as identifying and acquiring new clients
  • Master technically the company product and offering
  • Assess client's needs and resources and recommend the appropriate goods, system or services
  • Maintain an up-to-date account profile of all customers/prospects
  • Develop presentation, reports and proposals as part of sales tools to illustrate benefits from the use of good and service the company is offering
  • Follow-up with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
  • Follow up on Collections
  • Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique
  • Submit data and management report on time

Education & Certifications

Degree in Electrical/Computer/Electronics Engineering or equivalent

Required Years Of Experience

3 years of sales experience in furniture or related industry
