Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and providing expert advice on fitness and sports equipment. Additional duties include identifying customer needs, showcasing product features, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of inventory, and achieving sales targets set by the company.

What We're Looking For:

• 23 years of sales experience in sports/gym equipment retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability
• Good product knowledge of fitness machines and accessories
• Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Positive, energetic, and proactive attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right sports and fitness products
• Provide product knowledge, demonstrations, and recommendations
• Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support overall business growth
• Maintain stock display and assist with inventory updates
• Preferably for female candidates
