We are looking for a Sales Executive to support the company's commercial growth by executing sales activities, managing assigned client accounts, and developing new business opportunities under the supervision of the Business Development Manager.
The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, proposal support, and sales execution, while operating strictly within approved pricing structures, commercial policies, and delegated authority limits.
This position does not carry independent authority for pricing decisions, contractual commitments, or strategic commercial direction, and works in close coordination with senior commercial leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. SALES EXECUTION & CLIENT ENGAGEMENT
- Execute sales activities for assigned products and services.
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and prospects.
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, and opportunities assigned by the Business Development Manager.
- Maintain professional relationships to support client retention and growth.
2. LEAD GENERATION & PIPELINE MANAGEMENT
- Identify and develop new leads through research, networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Qualify prospects and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Escalate high-value or strategic opportunities to the Business Development Manager.
3. COMMERCIAL & PROPOSAL SUPPORT
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations using approved templates.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Corporate Services to support bid submissions.
- Ensure all commercial documents follow approval and governance procedures.
4. CRM / ERP SYSTEM USAGE
- Maintain accurate client, opportunity, and activity records in the CRM / ERP system.
- Update meetings, calls, follow-ups, and pipeline stages promptly.
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity.
5. MARKET INTELLIGENCE & FEEDBACK
- Collect market insights, competitor information, and client feedback.
- Share relevant intelligence with the Business Development Manager to support strategy.
- Monitor client satisfaction and escalate risks or issues when required.
6. COMPLIANCE & GOVERNANCE
- Comply fully with company sales policies, pricing structures, and approval limits.
- Ensure no unauthorized commitments, discounts, or representations are made.
- Maintain confidentiality of all commercial and client information.
SALES ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Achievement of assigned sales targets and activity KPIs.
- Accuracy and completeness of CRM / ERP sales data.
- Professional management of client communications and follow-ups.
- Full compliance with sales governance and approval frameworks.
ACADEMIC / TECHNICAL / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, Engineering, or related field .
- Sales, commercial, or customer-facing training is an advantage.
EXPERIENCE TYPE AND LENGTH
- 13 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Experience in aviation, logistics, aerospace, UAVs, defense, military, government contracting, or related industries .
- Experience dealing with institutional, B2B, or government clients is an advantage.
