Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the bank's retail banking products, including:
- Personal Loans
- Credit Cards
- Auto Loans
- Islamic Finance
- Multi-Product Banking Solutions
- Generate new business through customer acquisition and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of banking sales experience in the UAE.
- Proven sales track record with strong monthly incentive earnings.
- Experience selling one or more of the following products:
- Personal Loans
- Credit Cards
- Auto Loans
- Islamic Finance
- Multi-Product Banking Solutions
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
