Job Overview
As an integral part of our Regional Marketing & Sales team, the Central Sales Executive embodies our commitment to providing exceptional customer service, nurturing prospective and current family relationships, and maintaining the highest standards within the Cognita family of schools. This role is pivotal in guiding families from initial enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring each interaction reflects our ethos of excellence, care, and responsiveness.
The Central Sales Executive consistently strives to meet and exceed targets, thereby maximising overall conversion rates. This position is crucial for driving growth, maintaining a seamless, supportive journey for prospective families, and upholding Cognita's reputation for delivering an outstanding educational experience.
