Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area for a Senior Sales Executive. Responsibilities include managing and growing sales pipelines, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying potential business opportunities, preparing sales proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Senior Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and ensure customer satisfaction, while achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's revenue goals.
Qualifications
Proven sales expertise, relationship management, and negotiation skills
Strong ability in business development, market analysis, and strategic planning
Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related industry is advantageous
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is a plus
